Who is Chad Heitzler Fahlbusch?
I am a full time South Bay realtor and have been fortunate to have been awarded Top Producing Realtor the last 7 consecutive years. I specialize in helping my clients devise the best strategies for buying and selling single family homes, condos, townhomes and income properties. My goal is to deliver the highest level of customer service in the South Bay real estate market. My clients have always shared with me that my market knowledge of the South Bay is what made them feel most comfortable in working with me. Having been born and raised in the South Bay has served my clients well over the years.
On a personal note, I am married to Aimee Butler Fahlbusch who is from Kauai, Hawaii and we are the proud parents of two boys. My wife has worked at Manhattan Beach's very own Fonzs Restaraunt (www.fonzs.com) for the last 9 years. Our family is very active in the South Bay Lifestyle that the South Bay has to offer and consider living here a true gift.
It all started for me when my dad rode into Manhattan Beach on his motorcycle from Washington DC. Once he saw the ocean and the lifestyle at the beach there was no looking back. Hence I am born and raised in the South Bay and have established a core network of friends and family here. I attended high school in Palos Verdes and ventured to the University of Colorado at Boulder where I received my Bachelors of Arts in Communications and History.
My business background got started very early after having been raised in a family business headquartered in the South Bay's very own Torrance. At VTE Mobile Television Productions we provided all of the live television production equipment/trucks, and crews for over 1000 live sporting events annually. From 1993 to 1996 I traveled with Major League Baseball's Colorado Rockies as the Producer for some 100 live broadcasts per year. In July of 1998, we decided it was the right time to sell our company to a Venture Capital Company. That was when the real estate bug finally hit me and it has been the perfect match ever since. Real estate is my passion and only my clients can attest to just how passionate I am toward my profession.
